Below you will find further information that will hopfully give you an idea of how we conduct our events.

Sound easy? Yes, it really is.

We are always looking for talented psychic readers, regardless of your path. EVERYONE is welcome.

We simply ask that you be respectful to all spiritual journeys while working at our events. We want any readers, vendors, or bodyworkers who offer services within, or related to the metaphysical, or holistic fields. Of course, we reserve the right to exclude any participant we judge to be inapropriate or detrimental to the success of our event.

We have all been to the GIANT PSYCHIS FAIRS that are held in GIANT BUILDINGS with rows of tables.

Never did care for that.

Instead we have selected a venue that is more intimate in design. Each reader will have "Nook" in as private a setting we can offer to put your client at ease, and you at your best. Don't expect us to map out the floor plan. Instead, we will do our best to describe each setting. The general guidline is that it be PRIVATE, large enough for a card size table, which each reader must provide. We should be able to offer as many as three chairs each participant. Due to this informal design we ask that you offer some flexability to allow us to arange the setting so it works BEST for EVERYONE.

For VENDORS we will offer a table for setup. If you want a larger display please bring one that is most suitable to what you have to offer.

How will my customers find me?

We will provide a LITERATURE TABLE at the entrance. Clients will be directed to where you are located. If you are busy please provide a sign-up sheet with a time for your next appointment. Please bring FLYERS, BUSINESS CARDS, or ANY PROMOTION MATERIALS you have.

Customers are free to roam the building so be sure you provide any promotion materials you have!!! The management reserves the right to alter displays that seem excessive, or inappropriate as we see fit.

Feel Free to DECORATE your area to set yourself apart from the rest. Just keep your display in your area and do not invade your neighbors.

Our goal is that the clients get every choice available to meet with you and have a rewarding experience.

Together, with the right attitude we can make that happen.

We are all adults and know how to be kind. Working together will be rewarded to us all.

Do I become an employee of the FAIR?

No, you are an independent contractor. You work for yourself. We only ask that you always strive for professionalism and take good care of your clients.

When must I pay for my space?

Fair rule is that all spots be paid in full by the 15th day of the month BEFORE the scheduled event. In this case your payment must be in by Feb 15th, 2008 You can use paypal or send a check. email us with your choice.

The venue will serve lunch and provide rooms if you want to spend the night in town. These features are NOT part of the daily fee.
